Joe came to America with his mother and other family members as a refugee from Cambodia many years ago. He worked in Japanese steakhouse for about 30 years ago doing hibachi and learning the ins and outs of delicious hibachi. In 2019, he decided to start his own hibachi doing parties and events with his mobile hibachi grill. Since so many people in the area love his food, he decided to open a takeout restaurant.
